Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in San Marcos, CA to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role includes managing work orders, coordinating make-ready inspections, and supervising staff and contractors while maintaining safety compliance and budget awareness. On-site schedule is Monday-Friday with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; handle internal/external inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work performed by staff and contractors; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; manage budget considerations.
