Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Fort Worth property to deliver prompt, professional service and maintain the property to high standards. You will lead maintenance staff, manage preventive programs, coordinate vendor work, and perform inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean record and proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls per policy to residents.
• On-call service as determined by the Property Manager.
• Schedule turns and vacants within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and equipment in a safe, clean state.
• Maintain maintenance shops; train other staff; assist vendor selection.
• Record key property information; support Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Conduct weekly light inspections; inspect outside contractors.
• Ensure insurance requirements before hiring contractors; ensure EPA compliance.
• Lead efforts to enhance property aesthetics; manage budget adherence.
• Assist with move-outs, cost estimates, and video documentation.
• Review service requests; maintain logbooks; comply with Fair Housing.
