Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the property and coordinate turns and vendor work.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs.
• Train maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain common areas and pool/spa upkeep; manage preventive maintenance.
• Inspect move-outs with the Property Manager to determine repair costs.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and ensure EPA compliance.
• On-call availability; assist in budget adherence and reporting.
