Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Denver, CO. You will oversee the maintenance team, schedule daily tasks, prep units for occupancy, and ensure safety and quality across buildings and grounds.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to lead and train staff. On-call availability and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Improve maintenance processes and methods when possible.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are followed.
• Handle lock-outs and provide 24-hour service response.
• Be available for on-call work and report unusual circumstances.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service, custodial, and grounds departments.
