Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep of the property in Greeley, CO. The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduling tasks, and supervising staff and vendor work.

You will ensure safety compliance, manage inventory, and respond to on-call service requests, including snow removal and occupant needs, with a focus on reliability and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending staff in conjunction with the manager.
• Assist in training of service, custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Proactively improve maintenance processes and methods.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure the maintenance team meets attendance and performance expectations.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and approve related expenses.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service areas under the manager's direction.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond 24/7 to service requests.
• Be available on an on-call basis.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
