Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across the property, oversee daily upkeep and repairs, and ensure safety standards are met. The role involves scheduling tasks, assisting with hiring and training, and coordinating vendor work, with on-site responsibilities at the Fort Collins location.

Required experience in property maintenance/handyman work and supervisory duties; HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical aspects.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Assist in training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
