Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure property upkeep across our Colorado community.

The role requires hands-on management of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, coordination with vendors, and a commitment to safety and on-call responsiveness. AMC offers solid compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing and screening for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel as needed.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment; ensure OSHA standards.
• Oversee vendor work, inventory and delivery of supplies for service, custodial, and grounds teams.
