Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure upkeep of our properties. You will schedule daily tasks, oversee safety, and coordinate vendor work.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, hands-on maintenance skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage tools and supplies. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience supervising maintenance or service teams preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance skills and ability to operate tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing, screening, and recommending staff for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds roles; coordinate with the manager.
• Train and onboard service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel as needed.
• Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organized; maintain inventories and logs.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times; handle lock-outs after evictions.
• Be available for on-call response to service requests and report unusual circumstances.
