Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. in Reno, NV is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to keep our apartment community in top condition. You will supervise maintenance staff, support the Property Manager, and ensure safety and quality across facilities.

The role requires at least 2 years in maintenance, HS diploma, HVAC and EPA cert, and willingness to be on-call 24/7. We offer health insurance, PTO, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Available to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff, service technicians, groundskeepers and housekeepers.
• Support the Property Manager in daily operations.
• Train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.
• Manage supplies and address performance issues.
• Ensure safety and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and units.
