Job summary
CTH Recruiting LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury apartment portfolio in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team of four technicians, manage daily repairs, and drive preventive maintenance with a resident-first mindset.
With 5+ years in multi-family maintenance and 2+ years in supervisory roles, you will mentor staff, coordinate turns, and ensure safety and quality across about 120 homes. EPA certification is required and a valid driver’s license is essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on apartment (multi-family) maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of RECENT supervisory experience managing a maintenance team of 4.
- Proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall and repairs.
- EPA Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a maintenance team of 4 and mentor technicians.
- Prioritize and manage work orders and emergency requests.
- Oversee apartment turns and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more.
- Maintain safety standards and inventory for the property.
- Deliver strong resident communication and service.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
