Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification required for position.
• CAMT certification and Fair Housing training encouraged within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities for grounds and facilities.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies with Community Manager approval.
• Respond promptly to work orders and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; coordinate with contractors.
