Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Fair Housing Certification within 14 days of hire.
• CAMT certification is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate activities to ensure upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance across facilities.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work, and coordinate repair efforts as needed.
• Respond to work orders and ensure timely completion and documentation.
