Job summary

GoldOller is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Beachwood, OH to lead the community maintenance operations. You will drive safety, quality, and resident satisfaction while managing daily maintenance tasks, unit turns, and a high-performing service team.

You will oversee budgeting, payroll, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with safety and reporting procedures. A strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and accountability is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of multifamily supervisory experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent walking and standing.
• Must attend meetings, training, and travel overnight/out of state when required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; personal tools may be required.
• EPA Certification required; CPO/CAMT preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends when necessary; working phone required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the service team; conduct regular meetings and reviews.
• Manage unit turns, vendor coordination, and inventory; ensure curb appeal.
• Monitor budgets, payroll processing, expenses, and compliance with guidelines.
• Develop safe work practices and maintain OSHA/MSDS documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure timely incident reporting.
