Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Beachwood, OH. This role oversees daily maintenance operations, safety standards, and resident satisfaction, while guiding a service team to deliver high-quality unit turns and curb appeal.

You will manage budgets, payroll, and safety procedures, and you will coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely, efficient service. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Supervisory: At least 1 year of multifamily supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Willingness to work weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead service team through coaching, meetings, and training.
• Manage unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and compliance with guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain documentation.
