Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fairfield, CA to oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety) and lead a maintenance team. The role emphasizes cost-effective planning, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications include 8+ years in facilities maintenance, multi-trade expertise, and strong leadership abilities. On-call duties and weekend coverage may be required; excellent resident service is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities maintenance for multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, subcontractor/vendor bidding and management, and overall planning and execution of cost-effective facility and maintenance projects.
• Anticipate potential problems and implement/oversee preventative actions to ensure safety and operations procedures.
• Provide leadership and development of the maintenance team regarding scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service to residents.
