Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee make-ready processes, and ensure high standards of safety and property upkeep across common areas and grounds.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience, OSHA/MSDS know-how, and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite is preferred; weekend availability and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge expected.
• Technical degree preferred for advanced maintenance tasks.
• 1–3 years supervisor experience leading teams in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and evaluate performance.
• Oversee Make Ready process and resident-service work orders.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety; enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with Community Manager on budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with standards and codes.
