Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time position at Mockingbird Lane Plaza in Victoria, TX. A live-in unit may be available for the right candidate; strong leadership is required to run a maintenance team and keep the property in top condition.

Salary is hourly ($25.00–$26.00) with benefits, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, plus potential bonus and cell-phone allowance. EPA licensure and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years maintenance experience in multi-family residential settings.
• EPA 1 and 2 (or EPA Universal) license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview, screen, and recommend maintenance staff.
• Coordinate in-house and vendor work.
