Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site upkeep, oversee make-ready processes, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the community in Los Angeles, CA.

The role requires 1–2 years' experience in maintenance with a focus on resident services, budget awareness, and tool proficiency. A valid driver's license and EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma not required but handyman skills preferred.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work requests and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure readiness.
• Develop and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards across grounds and facilities.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and assist with budgeting and cost controls.
