Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep for a 320-unit community in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires practical HVAC and general maintenance skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

You will work Monday–Friday, on-call, with competitive benefits and housing discount eligibility. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience acceptable.
• Experience in property maintenance or management environments.
• Ability to use hand/power tools safely.
• Proficient in reading/writing and communicating with residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and diagnose defects in units and common areas.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and interiors.
• Inspect work and enforce safety, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
