Ford’s BlueOval Battery Park Michigan site seeks a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly manufacturing team and transform operations as part of a historic electrification push.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, guiding staff through daily targets, shift coverage, and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong leader who values data-driven decisions and team development, with a focus on building a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant leadership experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations across the shift.
• Drive operational excellence and accountability for team performance.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and address safety/quality issues promptly.
• Develop and coach team members to build high performing, collaborative teams.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and defects and improve efficiency.
