This leadership role requires 3-7+ years supervisory/manufacturing experience, a bachelor's degree, and a passion for electrification and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years in supervisory, manufacturing, military, or relevant fields.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
