Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment communities in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the maintenance team, manage daily work orders, and ensure units are move-in ready while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role involves budgeting, vendor oversight, scheduling, and coaching staff to deliver reliable service, preventative maintenance, and a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team activities, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and service while managing vendor partners.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, obtain bids, schedule, and ensure successful execution.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and maintained to Hawthorne quality standards.
