Job summary

Wilsonart International seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to drive continuous improvement in maintenance aligned with our Quality Management System. You will ensure timely, safe completion of maintenance jobs and lead a team of technicians to support production reliability.

Responsibilities include managing preventive/predictive programs, budgeting, and reporting KPIs while coordinating with internal and third-party resources to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance knowledge and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Insure compliance with government and safety regulations and company safe working practices.
• Effectively lead and direct 10+ Maintenance Technicians
• Monitor, measure and improve predictive and preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
• Evaluate and develop core competencies of Maintenance staff
• Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics for department
• Manage projects utilizing internal and third party resources and reports on status to milestones
• Plans and directs activities related to design, modification and maintenance of equipment
