Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Taylor, TX to lead a team of 10+ technicians and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices. You will oversee predictive and preventive work, manage equipment design and modification, and report on key metrics to keep downtime low.
