Qualifications

• Senior maintenance technician knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance productivity and budget metrics.
• Proven project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to relate to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct 10+ maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with government and safety regulations and company safe working practices.
• Monitor, measure and improve predictive and preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Evaluate and develop core competencies of maintenance staff.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics for the department.
• Manage projects utilizing internal and third party resources and report status to milestones.
• Plans and directs activities related to design, modification and maintenance of equipment.
