Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Maintenance Department Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise technicians, and ensure equipment reliability and safety across the plant. You will coordinate with production and engineering teams to maximize uptime and reduce downtime through proactive PM and CMMS workflows.

Ideal candidates have engineering-related education and hands-on maintenance experience, with Lean/6S experience and knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• PLC programming/troubleshooting knowledge is beneficial.
• LOTO concepts and safe lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Plan and supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead continuous improvement, 6S and standardization across maintenance areas.
• Use Limble CMMS to assign work orders.
