Job summary

Wilsonart in Taylor, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive continuous improvements in our maintenance function within the Quality Management System. You will ensure timely, safe, and responsible completion of maintenance jobs while leading a team of 10+ technicians.

You will monitor predictive and preventive maintenance, develop staff competencies, and manage projects with internal and third-party resources to meet milestones and optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance knowledge and related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Proven project management skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and government regulations.
• Monitor predictive and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Develop staff competencies and training.

• Plan and direct design, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
