Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities up to standards.
• Process work orders from residents and manage make-ready tasks for vacants.
• Inspect work and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage inventory and budget.
• Lead safety meetings and stay current with OSHA and related laws.
