Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinates, schedules, and responds to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspects grounds, buildings, and facilities for safety and compliance.
• Manages inventory and procures maintenance supplies within budget.
