Job summary

Asset Living in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service.

This role partners with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, maintain records, and ensure timely, quality upkeep of units and common areas. Strong safety and OSHA awareness is required.

Qualifications

• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and supervise staff and vendors.
• Coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready work.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and coordinate with the Community Manager on staffing and priorities.
