Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience around Powered Industrial Trucks, cranes, and processing equipment.
• Ability to plan over a 3-6 month time span.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Experience with employee training and development.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and coordinating repairs with maintenance technicians.
• Attend maintenance training sessions to gain knowledge.
• Establish new supply chains, issue POs, maintain stock parts, and manage WIP.
• Maintain management systems (Airba, eMaint, REHSQ).
• Training and development for the team.
• All other duties as assigned.
