Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of electricity, welding and burning, hydraulic repair.
• PLC knowledge and understanding.
• Must be able to read blueprints and order parts.
• Physical ability to pass physical requirements exam.
• Enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Always works in a safe and efficient manner.
• Repairs and maintains plant equipment daily.
• Creates and utilizes preventive maintenance program and keeps files up-to-date.
• Coordinates outside maintenance services as required.
• Orders parts to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Follows all Company ISO policies and procedures.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned; may change at any time.
