Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of facility technicians in Milner, GA. The role focuses on maintenance planning, PMs, and safety, with a requirement for prior maintenance management experience.

The position offers a 1st shift, full-time schedule, and benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401K. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent maintenance experience is expected, with preferred supervisory and electrical background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent maintenance experience required.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design maintenance procedures and manage implementation processes.
• Manage multiple internal and external customer sponsored projects and daily activities; lead meetings and track goals.
• Plan and oversee all repair and preventative maintenance for facility and production lines.
• Develop capital spending plans and cost analyses; oversee cost-saving projects.
• Mentor maintenance technicians to achieve department and facility goals.
• Perform weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Maintain and monitor E-Maintenance PM program.
• Perform internal audits and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support Operations team in a safe, customer-focused manner.
