Job summary

Riverstone Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Franklin Estates Mobile Home Park in Franklin, TN. The role includes leading a hands-on maintenance team, managing the budget, and coordinating with vendors to keep the community in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential or commercial property maintenance OR in a technical field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping.
• 3+ years of experience in some of the following: carpentry, painting, flooring, drywalling, installing windows and doors, roofing, or framing.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while completing hands on maintenance work
• Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality of work
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Oversee plumbing, electrical, carpentry and ongoing residential repairs
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
