Job summary

Riverstone Communities LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team across two mobile home parks. You will perform hands-on maintenance while guiding technicians, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential or commercial property maintenance or a technical field.
• 3+ years in groundskeeping/landscaping.
• 3+ years in carpentry/painting/flooring/drywalling/installing doors/windows.
• Proven leadership of 2+ team members or multiple vendors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while performing hands-on maintenance.
• Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform plumbing tasks, electrical work, carpentry, and other repairs.
• Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone standards.
• Read water meters and finish work orders promptly.
• Complete safety training and follow regulations.
