Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Property Manager for the Franklin Estates Mobile Home Park in Franklin, TN. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining occupancy, and managing day-to-day operations of the community.

You will lead a team, handle budgets, and coordinate events while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property/mobile home management.
• 3+ years of outstanding customer service across multiple channels.
• 3+ years of leading an active team and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent resident service and build relationships with residents, prospective residents, and local authorities.
• Work toward or maintain 100% occupancy.
• Collect rents timely and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards through daily community walks.
• Manage property budget to maximize profitability.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Plan quarterly resident events and maintain office standards.
• Follow up on prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and company mission.
