The position requires experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus budget oversight and outdoor maintenance. A reliable schedule and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property maintenance or related field.
• Experience leading a team of 2+ workers or multiple vendors.
• Experience in repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of maintenance technicians and perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets and toilets; diagnose leaks.
• Handle electrical tasks including light fixtures, outlets, and breakers.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like stairs, doors, and framing.
• Oversee curb appeal; groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
• Complete routine work orders efficiently and safely.
• Take online training as needed and work with minimal supervision.
