• HVAC knowledge required; CFC certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in staffing decisions and performance management.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work to ensure safety and quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, exteriors, and systems.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and manage budget compliance.
• Educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
