Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and ensure high-quality property standards. The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and responsive service to residents at several communities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to obtain CFC certification within 90 days. A valid driver's license and fluent English are required for effective resident and team communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance knowledge across typical apartment communities.
• Proven leadership and customer-facing skills.
• HVAC knowledge with ability to obtain CFC certification within 90 days.
• 1 year as Maintenance Supervisor or 3 years as Maintenance Tech.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing, inspections, coaching, and promotions as directed by Regional Manager.
• Teach skills to staff and schedule work to meet community needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well–maintained common area and property.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking areas, and building exteriors.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and manage parts orders.
• Advise on Capital improvement opportunities and ensure OSHA safety standards.
