Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a maintenance team, perform technical tasks across plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling work orders, budgeting for maintenance, and coordinating with management. On-call emergencies and community-wide upkeep are part of the role, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of maintenance employees and ensure safe work practices.
• Interview candidates, train staff, conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and log findings.
• Review and delegate work orders promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Monitor and maintain community equipment (water heaters, HVAC, lawn equipment).
• Ensure service requests are handled promptly and courteously.
• Assist with annual budget planning for maintenance projects and capital expenditures.
• Operate within the approved budget and allocate funds within the maintenance department.
• Communicate professionally with management and staff; respond to guest concerns.
• Attend training programs and participate in community activities.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and special maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-call emergency services as required.
• Represent the community in a professional manner.
