Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee repairs for our properties. You will schedule daily tasks, prepare units for occupancy, and supervise service, housekeeping, and grounds staff.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as strong supervisory and relationship-building skills. This is an on-site position with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Assist in training all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
