CLS Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, safety, and operations. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure resident comfort and building reliability.

You will coordinate vendor work, supervise unit turns, and partner with leadership to maintain occupancy and budget goals while upholding CLS Living's culture of excellence.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience managing building systems in student housing or multifamily settings.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience managing building automation and safety systems.
• EPA 608 / HVAC Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and general repairs; manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor work; obtain bids and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain work orders and inspection reports; ensure on-schedule completion and high standards.
