Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Manager for The Row at Riverbend, a new lease-up community in Denver. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, 1+ year supervisory experience, EPA Type II or Universal Certification, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff, set directions, priorities, and schedules daily.

• Ensure units are ready for move-ins with inspections and quality control.
• Complete work orders promptly and safely.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call).
• Maintain strong communication with residents, vendors and team members.
