Job summary

RangeWater in Orlando, FL seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team responsible for all building systems, grounds, and common areas. You will manage the make-ready process, oversee work orders, and ensure safety and quality across the property.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervision in maintenance and 2–3 years in apartment maintenance, with EPA refrigerant certifications and pool/spa operator credentials highly valued. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal; Pool/SPa Operator certificate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team; hire, train, evaluate staff.
• Respond to resident work orders and perform repairs per policy.
• Inspect work and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory; order supplies within budget; assist in capital planning.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
