Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while upholding safety standards.

You will supervise staff, track records, and support the Community Manager with make-ready work, inspections, and on-call emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; enforce safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget for maintenance supplies.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Coordinate make-ready work with Community Manager and staff.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
• Document service requests and maintain records for EPA/OSHA compliance.
• Plan resource use and obtain bids from contractors and suppliers.
