Job summary

The Arboretum of Winnie in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility maintenance operations, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence. You will manage a team, coordinate schedules, and oversee preventive maintenance across HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.

The ideal candidate has healthcare facility maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to plan budgets and coordinate vendor work.

Qualifications

• Facility maintenance experience, healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems and emergency systems.
• Ability to implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with supply ordering and budgeting.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members.
• Promote safety and compliance: conduct fire system inspections and coordinate monthly drills.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program development and execution.
• Maintain equipment: inspect, repair HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
• Manage supplies and budget while adhering to guidelines.
• Coordinate with external contractors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Train staff on safety procedures.
• Coordinate department staffing according to census and labor budgets.
