Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Weatherford, TX to lead daily maintenance, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will oversee a team, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep operations reliable. The role requires healthcare facility maintenance experience, HVAC/boilers/water systems knowledge, and strong leadership with budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Facility maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Understands HVAC, boiler, water, and emergency systems.
• Able to implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage supply ordering and departmental budgeting.
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train and supervise the team.
• Promote safety and compliance: conduct fire system inspections and coordinate monthly drills.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program development and execution.
• Maintain equipment: inspect and repair HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry and generators.
• Manage supplies and budget: order items within budget guidelines.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate external work.
• Maintain high safety and regulatory standards across the facility.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate staffing according to census needs and labor budgets.
