Blanton Turner is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Vi Hilbert Hall in Seattle. You will oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, and manage unit turns with a focus on reliability, customer service, and professionalism.

You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with local laws while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years general building maintenance experience.
• Experience in supervisory position or 'maintenance lead' role.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks in various weather.
• Familiarity with Seattle landlord-tenant laws helpful.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across the building.
• Oversee unit turns, servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical.
• Respond to residents' work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure best pricing.
• Collaborate with residents, property and portfolio managers, staff, and vendors.
• Complete all work in a timely and professional manner.
