Job summary

Oldcastle APG in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery at our North Carolina facility. The role entails directing a team of technicians and ensuring safe, reliable operation of production lines.

A strong electrical background with PLC knowledge is essential, along with the ability to read manuals, inspect equipment, and coordinate parts and repairs. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• Technical or vocational certification or similar training preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist workers in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate repairs with technicians.
• Inspect production equipment daily and test malfunctioning machinery.
• Install and repair equipment, test systems, and ensure proper operation.
• Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Supervise assigned workers and maintain attendance and performance records.
