ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Florida to lead maintenance operations at a residential property. The role emphasizes prompt service calls, on-call coverage, and efficient apartment turns, with responsibilities spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units within three to five business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Assist in maintaining common areas, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain pools and Jacuzzis.
• Train other maintenance employees.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors.
• Ensure insurance requirements prior to hiring contractors.
• Lead and implement preventive maintenance programs.
